Jessica Alba is well aware that it’s fashion week—or at least she dresses like she is! The style icon stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday in N.Y.C, looking casual yet polished in an autumn-ready ensemble.
The actress-cum-businesswoman donned a crisp white tee underneath a light mauve-colored trench—the perfect accent for in-limbo September weather. Alba tucked her classic top into a pair of flared, high-waisted navy trousers from Victoria Beckham’s Victoria line—which happens to be having its NYFW show this Sunday.
An ambassador of effortless beauty and style, the 35-year-old left her golden-brown locks billowing in soft curls at her shoulders, pinning back just a few pieces for a face-framing effect. Her skin retained its typical natural radiance, which Alba chose to complement with a subtle pale pink lip-gloss.
Alba embellished the simple look with a deep plum manicure, which showcased the many rings on her hands, delicate hoop earrings, and rose gold metallic shoulder bag.
Congratulations, Jess, the look was a smashing success!
