Thankfully, the kind folks over at Gansevoort Hotel’s Saharan-inspired rooftop bar, Zerzura at Plunge, have obliged us with a refreshing mint cocktail recipe—available exclusively during NYFW—that only requires four ingredients and tastes just as good as it looks. “It’s an elevated twist on the classic mojito,” says mixologist and creative director of China Grill Management JT McKay, who helped develop the celebratory drink.
